There are at least two trips annually to Fort Liberte, one at Christmastime and one in the spring. There are usually two other groups that go in late winter or early spring.  Trips last between 7 and 10 days.   Volunteers pay their own expenses, or seek sponsorship for their trips.

Activities in Fort Liberte are as varied as the individuals visiting.  Group projects include sponsored child updates, working in the medical clinic , building projects - and painting, painting, painting.  Playing with kids and giving parties are important tasks, too. Both adults and students are welcome and appreciated.  There is a job to be done that can use whatever skill or talent your have to give, even if it’s just learning about another culture.
